Our Coffeehouse Professionals take care of our customers, make high-quality specialty drinks (following our recipes), handle and serve cafe foods, keep Lima's hottest coolest space clean and in tip-top shape, and contribute to a great work and community environment. Everyone pitches in and everyone is an equally important part of our team!!!
You must have a flexible schedule including being available to be scheduled for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts where required.
Requirements to apply include:
Hard working (Seriously Hard Working...don't just say you are)·
Past experience working in coffee (not a must but always helps)
· Desire to learn about coffee
· Flexibility of schedule
· Experience cleaning, wiping, washing, etc. (and pride in doing so)
Attention to detail
Pride in the little things (and making sure they get done)
Obsessive about cleanliness

Our Part-Time Coffeehouse Professionals make a competitive hourly wage plus great tips. They work from 10 to 20 hours (some a bit more) per week.
